Pet Policy
At Curate at Orchard Town Center, we love our Fur-Babies! We have no weight limit on our furry friends! There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions do apply.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.

Dog Parks
In addition to the dog park at Curate, there are multiple dog parks within close proximity. The close proximity to Broomfield Commons Dog Park and The Great Bark Dog Park will ensure your dog feels at home too.
